UKG Pro WFM Consultant
Key Responsibilities
As a UKG Pro WFM Consultant, your main duties will include:
Configuring and maintaining UKG Pro WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Absence,
Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics.
Integrating and supporting the application in conjunction with UKG Dimensions for crew
planning and scheduling in field service organizations.
Collaborating with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
Performing system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for UKG Dimensions and Passport users.
Developing and delivering training sessions for end-users on various modules.
Monitoring system performance, ensuring data integrity, and generating analytical reports.
Creating and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and best
practices.
Generating KEDB documentation as part of incident management and analysis.
Staying updated with the latest features and best practices for UKG Dimensions and
Passport.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Proven hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions) in areas like
Timekeeping, Absence, Scheduling, and Analytics.
A strong understanding of workforce management processes and solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with system integrations and data migration.
Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools is advantageous.
Nice to Have: Working knowledge of Passport application and SAP HR.
Technical Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you should have expertise in:
UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Dimensions) modules such as Timekeeping, Absence,
Scheduling, and Analytics.
Workforce management processes and solutions.
System integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Troubleshooting technical issues for end-users.
Training end-users on system functionalities.
Data integrity maintenance and analytical report generation.
Preferred Qualifications
Additionally, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
Working knowledge of Passport application.
Experience with SAP HR.
