Underwriter - Delegated Authority

Eames are currently recruiting for an Underwriter to join a growing delegated authority team at a well-established insurance company who are focused on building a high-quality UK binder portfolio through MGA and coverholder partnerships.

This is a technical underwriting role focused on performance analysis, risk selection strategy, and oversight of delegated arrangements. The current portfolio includes motor, pet, and equine products, with ambitions to grow into property, casualty, and financial lines.

We’re looking for someone with at least 4 years’ experience in delegated authority underwriting, who understands how products are priced and portfolios are monitored. The team is class-agnostic and open to candidates from MGA, company market, or Lloyd’s backgrounds.
