Description

Job Title: UAT Test Lead

Location: Reading/Havant/Glasgow - G2 6AY /Perth - PH1 3AQ

Mode of working: Hybrid (1 to 2 Days in the Office)

Duration: 12+ Months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Create UAT and PCT test plans
Liaise and work closely with senior business SMEs to define the test scenarios & processes
Complete test exit reports

Key Skills and experience:

Hands-on experience with testing HCM functional modules
Supporting a new HCM project. Extensive experience with planning and support payroll comparison testing within Oracle HCM Fusion
Extensive knowledge of HCM modules including Core-HR, Payroll, OTL (Oracle time & labour), Absence, Talent, WFS
Proven ability to support enterprise level business units with test prep (incl. business scenario analysis, creation & scripting) and execution
