Description
Title: Design Operations Manager
Location: Salford/London, UK
Duration: 6 Months
Essentials:
- Proven experience in a DesignOps, Programme Management, or Operations role within a digital product, design, or accessibility-focused team.
- Strong understanding of how to enable and scale high-performing teams, including operational frameworks, maturity models, and delivery rituals.
- Hands-on experience with work management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, etc.) and team collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro, Figma, Slack, Confluence, etc.).
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and synthesise information clearly.
- Confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with OKRs, delivery tracking, and strategic planning processes.
- Comfortable working with legal and procurement teams to navigate contracts and set up third-party work agreements.
