Role Purpose:

The User Experience Engagement Lead is responsible for understanding, measuring, and improving the end‑to‑end colleague experience across all Workplace Technology domains — Endpoint, Productivity, Identity & Access Management (IDAM), Hardware, and Collaboration.

This role acts as the voice of the user within the technology organisation, ensuring that services are intuitive, accessible, and continuously improving.

Essential Experience:

Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (Endpoint, Productivity tools, IDAM, Hardware, Collaboration platforms).
Experience in user research, engagement, or service design within a technology environment.
Proven ability to run surveys, analyze data, and present insights in a compelling way.
Experience creating content for internal communication channels (e.g., Viva Engage, intranet, newsletters).
Ability to build strong relationships across technical and non‑technical teams.

Desirable Experience:

Experience working in a product‑led or agile delivery environment.

Knowledge of UX methodologies, journey mapping, and service design frameworks.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, and analytics tools.
