Your Role And Responsibilities

The UX Designer will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our industry-specific software solutions. Responsible for assisting in research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing user experiences..

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and updates.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design iterations.
  • Contribute to the refinement of existing designs and user flows.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and techniques.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

  • Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Background in human-computer interaction or a related field.
  • Experience with user research methods.
