User Researcher - (GDS experience required)

Hybrid - 5 days per month in Newcastle

£450pd inside IR35 max rate

Initial 6 months

User Researcher required to join a cross-functional team delivering user-centred services in line with Government Digital Service standards.

Essential Skills:

Hands-on experience conducting user research in line with GDS principles
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys)
Able to turn user insights into actionable recommendations
Comfortable working in agile teams and supporting the development of accessible, user-focused services
