User Researcher (Contract) – GDS / Alpha Phase Experience
Remote (UK-based)
Initial 12 weeks
£450pd outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a digital project in the Alpha phase, working to GDS standards.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience conducting user research in government or public sector settings
- Strong understanding of GDS principles and service standards
- Hands-on experience in the Alpha phase of product development
- Skilled in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions
- Confident working in multidisciplinary teams
