Your Role
- Design clear, concise, and accessible content for onboarding forms and account opening journeys.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align content with interaction design and visual hierarchy.
- Create and maintain content patterns and guidelines for consistency across journeys.
- Translate complex regulatory or operational requirements into user-friendly content.
- Develop correspondence templates like confirmation emails and rejection notices.
- Conduct content audits and usability testing to validate effectiveness.
- Work within agile teams to deliver iterative improvements.
- Ensure content meets accessibility standards and user needs.
- Proven experience as a UX Content Designer, UX Writer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content design for digital forms and onboarding flows.
- Familiarity with GOV.UK content design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.
- Comfortable using design tools like Figma or Sketch and CMS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Bonus: Experience in financial services or with tools like Experian PCCA or Hopewiser.
