UX Researcher – Shape the Future of AMS One

We’re looking for a UX Researcher who doesn’t just want to “do research” — but wants to help shape and build the future of it. Someone who’s passionate, curious, collaborative, and excited to experiment with new tools, techniques, and approaches. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about helping us set the bar for what user-centred research looks like in a modern, AI-driven product environment.

What you’ll do

• Lead research that uncovers real user needs and behaviours — from interviews to usability testing to surveys.
• Translate findings into compelling stories that you’ll present to senior stakeholders and leadership — driving decisions and action.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure the user voice shapes strategy and design.
• Push our research practice forward: from persona engagement to journey mapping to experimenting with AI-powered methods.
• Build our research capability: review and implement the right research tech stack, work with leadership to identify opportunities, and help establish best practices that scale.
• Advocate for user-centred thinking across the organisation and inspire colleagues with the impact of research.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with hands-on methods and strong analysis skills.
• Confidence working with product and design teams in a fast-moving environment.
• A flair for presenting research findings in ways that influence leadership and drive change.
• Experience with research tools like Optimal Workshop or Lookback.
• Curiosity, energy, and a drive to experiment and continuously improve.

Bonus points if you’ve explored AI in research or hold formal UX research certifications.
