Who we're looking for
As a Private Equity Valuation Controller, you will be instrumental in the execution and evolution of our private equity valuation process. You will coordinate and enhance valuation cycles, ensure the accuracy of investor reporting, and provide high-quality analytical and operational support to our international investment teams. This role offers the scope to collaborate on global projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do
- Assist in the execution of the monthly and quarterly private equity valuation processes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
- Reconcile NAVs, manage capital activities, and oversee investment pipeline data flows.
- Support investment monitoring activities including news flow screening and processing of financial information.
- Maintain and update operational dashboards, valuation control documentation, and static data systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as fund managers, auditors and administrators on the delivery of financial information
- Oversee database management and uploads for valuation-relevant information, ensuring data integrity throughout all processes.
- Drive ongoing process improvements, and contribute to special projects (such as automation or tracking of financial information of our private equity investments)
- Foster strong relationships and effective collaboration with investment teams, fund administrators, and auditors in Horsham, Zurich, London, Beijing, and beyond.
The Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications You Need
- Professional background in finance, controlling, accounting, or private equity fund operations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing work priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently investigate issues, identify gaps, and proactively develop solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with financial systems (such as eFront) and basic data management or automation tools would be beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken), enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders and the ability to seek guidance, address issues, and ensure clear alignment in a fast-paced, international setting.
