Assistant Manager / Manager – Real Estate Valuations

Location: London (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office)

We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to join their Real Estate Valuations team, part of a wider valuations practice of 80 professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative and growing team.

About the Role

Core Focus:~80% audit assist work
Pure valuations projects
Some restructuring assignments
Team Size: 4–5 specialists within Real Estate Valuations

Key Requirements

Qualifications: RICS qualified (preferred) – this is the hardest-to-find skill
CFA or accountancy qualifications considered
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience at Manager level
Strong real estate valuations experience essential
