💰 Basic Salary: £26,770 + uncapped commission (realistic OTE up to £60,000)

⏰ Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 18:00pm (30 min unpaid break, 45hr week)

If you are looking to be part of an award-winning company offering a great career, then look no further! We are seeking a motivated and driven Van Sales Executive to join our team at a brand-new dealership in Reading (built in 2023).

We are looking for a top-performing van vehicle sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored van solutions to meet business needs. You’ll identify the right van requirements for customers and present solutions based on new and used stock. Experience or interest in EV (electric vehicles) is advantageous.

Whilst specific van sales experience is ideal, we welcome exceptional salespeople from other fields who are eager to learn and work with a prestigious brand. If you think you’d excel in our sales team, we’d love to hear from you!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research assigned areas to identify new business opportunities
• Assist walk-in and wholesale customers, answer calls
• Build strong relationships across departments
• Conclude sales contracts and manage amendments
• Maintain customer database
• Promote current sales campaigns and achieve targets
• Manage showroom responsibilities
• Deliver first-class vehicle handovers and record customer satisfaction
• Strengthen existing client relationships and develop new ones
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Develop strategies to increase sales and drive growth
