I’ve been with Navigo since day one, starting as a Data Analyst and now Deputy Director of Corporate Services. I’ve grown my career here, but more than that, I’ve grown with a team and a culture I truly believe in.
Navigo is a social enterprise delivering NHS mental health and social care in North East Lincolnshire. We do things differently...we put people first, we focus on recovery and hope, and we believe everyone deserves somewhere to live, something to do, and someone to love.
Our Digital, Systems and Insights team is a special one. We bring together a mix of skills and experiences to make a difference, not just by supporting staff and services with digital tools, but by innovating ourselves. We’ve won national and local awards. We’ve built things we’re proud of.
Over the last couple of years, we’ve focused on supporting Navigo’s rapid growth, making sure things work, scale, and stay safe. But now it’s time to build on that strong foundation and do some truly great things.
To do that, we’re looking to develop the team. Not with fixed job specs, but by talking to people first. If you have skills in:
Data analytics or data engineering
Software development
AI and applied digital tools
Business change and transformation
Information governance
Clinical systems, especially SystmOne
Digital project delivery
…and you want to do work that matters, we’d love to hear from you.
We offer NHS pensions, Agenda for Change bandings, and we honour previous NHS service. We also use ESR, so if you’re already in the NHS, you can bring your training and history with you.
