VAT Manager or Senior Manager (Advisory) – Top 40 Accountancy Practice - £65k to £85k per annum

I’m recruiting on behalf of a growing Top 40 accountancy practice supporting entrepreneurial businesses and private clients across Central & Southern England. Known for its friendly, inclusive and high-performing culture, the firm invests heavily in its people, technology and development - and is expanding fast.

We’re looking for a VAT Manager or Senior Manager (dependent on experience) to join their growing VAT team. This is a newly created, pivotal role with fantastic scope for progression.

The Role

• Advise clients on a wide range of Indirect Tax matters
• Carry out VAT health checks and systems reviews
• Manage VAT advisory projects and optimise commercial outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Review VAT returns and manage assignments to high standards
• Liaise with HMRC and support colleagues with VAT queries
• Help shape and grow the firm’s VAT offering
