We’re looking for a Vehicle Modelling Engineer to lead the development and correlation of high-fidelity vehicle and sub-system models. You’ll play a key role in advancing our simulation capabilities and supporting performance optimisation across the team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Vehicle Modelling Engineer to lead the development and correlation of high-fidelity vehicle and sub-system models. You’ll play a key role in advancing our simulation capabilities and supporting performance optimisation across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support next-generation driver and lap simulation models.
- Improve grounding and track models for dynamic simulations.
- Collaborate with the tyre team on lateral and yaw dynamics.
- Deliver clear, well-documented code and actionable insights.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and MathWorks toolchain.
- Understanding of vehicle physics and simulation techniques.
- Strong skills in data analysis, applied mathematics, and dynamical systems.
- Bonus: C/C++ and Python experience.
- Innovative and fearless in proposing new ideas.
- Clear communicator with the ability to tailor insights to different audiences.
- Self-motivated, organised, and collaborative.
- Calm under pressure with a data-driven, objective mindset.
