About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey.
- Showcase our impressive inventory of quality new, used and commercial vehicles matching customers with the right vehicle for their personal needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets with your winning attitude.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a full driving licence.

Required Criteria
- At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
- Full valid driving license required
- A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Positive, confident, determined approach
- Driven to meet targets
- Time management skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
Desired Criteria
- Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous
