Greenside Veterinary Practice are recruiting for a Client Care Advisor to join their team at the Melrose branch in St Boswells. This is a permanent part-time role working 15.5h per week. In this role you have the opportunity to progress your customer service career in veterinary whilst working as part of a friendly and supportive team. Your working days will be Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-5pm.

This role is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Our Client Care Advisors enjoy building relationships with our clients and can thrive in a fast paced environment.

• Welcoming clients and their pets into the practice,
• Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries
• First point of contact following protocols to protect patient and client confidentiality and security.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception and waiting area space
• Supporting the practices efficient running with administrative duties and being part of a hard-working and collaborative team.
• Promote our services and products.
