Come and join our fantastic team as a Veterinary Receptionist!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and organised individual to join our front of house team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that combines reception and administration duties, including:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Booking appointments and processing payments
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as debt prevention and recovery
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Liaising with the clinical team to ensure excellent client service

About The Rota
This is a part-time permanent role working 16 hours per week on a Monday and Friday from 10:00am-7:00pm plus 1:4 Saturdays.
Our ideal candidate
You’ll be a great communicator who enjoys helping people and working in a busy, team-focused environment. You’re calm under pressure, reliable, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are important. Previous experience in a veterinary setting is not required as full training will be provided.
