Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for guiding others through complex processes? Join our HR team as a Vetting Administrator where you'll become the trusted navigator of our candidate vetting journey. Working within our vibrant HR function based near Manchester Airport, you'll be the guardian of our Civil Aviation Authority compliance, and your friendly approach will assist in collating candidate histories and other relevant information to complete full background checks. You'll also support other compliance administration, so you'll have excellent attention to detail. If you thrive on creating positive first impressions while maintaining rigorous standards, this role offers the perfect balance of people skills and procedural excellence.

Job requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure, managing a busy workload and tight deadlines, to meet KPI's
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as other software specific to the role
• Previous vetting experience is desirable but not essential
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation, with a “can do” attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written, with experience of interacting with candidates, and internal and external customers via email and telephone
• Understand the importance of, and always demonstrate, a professional attitude and approach
• Willingness to learn the airside and non-airside vetting and compliance standards of both dnata, local airports, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance at all times
• Discreet, professional, confidential, and a team player
• Safety driven with the ability to maintain a safe and secure working environment
