Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting for a Vice President – Portfolio Specialist | Real Assets & Income Strategies position in London. The company is a leading global investment firm specializing in real assets and income-oriented strategies is looking for a Vice President – Portfolio Specialist to join its expanding London office. With decades of experience and over $80 billion in assets under management, the firm is known for its focus on listed real estate, infrastructure, preferred securities, and other public market alternatives.

🔹 The Role

You will act as a critical conduit between the firm’s investment teams and its global client base, delivering insights, developing strategy positioning, and supporting client retention and growth. You’ll play a central role in articulating investment strategy, portfolio positioning, and market views to institutional and intermediary audiences.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the firm’s listed real assets and alternative income strategies
• Partner with portfolio managers and sales teams to communicate investment views and portfolio activity
• Prepare and deliver client and prospect presentations, thought leadership, and fund commentary
• Participate in roadshows, conferences, and client meetings as a key investment representative
• Support product development and contribute insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and investor needs

🔹 Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in asset management or financial services, preferably in product management, investment strategy, or client-facing roles
• Strong familiarity with listed real estate, infrastructure, or related public market asset classes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment topics
• Highly collaborative with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• CFA designation (or progress toward it) and a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field preferred
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to London
