A leading healthcare strategy consulting firm is looking to hire a Vice President within their Pharma practise. The role supports critical commercial decisions for Global 500 corporations and growing clients at that senior level.

As a Vice President, you will:

• Drive growth across key focus areas such as market opportunity assessment, product development, go-to-market strategy, business development and licensing, and competitive strategy
• Partner closely with senior leaders to expand core client relationships and generate new business
• Apply institutional knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and commercial judgment to deliver high-quality project outcomes
• Contribute thought leadership and foster innovation within the practice
• Support the development of intellectual capital to articulate the firm’s differentiated value in the market
• Inspire, coach, and act as a role model for consulting team members
• Mentor consultants in their professional and personal development
• Oversee project and practice-level financial performance

Required:

• 7-10 years of consulting experience
• Proven ability to draw in, acquire, and cultivate client relationships, as well as effectiveness in a strategy consulting setting
• BA/BS from a top four-year university
• Strategy experience within the healthcare sector (CDD, GTM, market access etc.)
