We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control Manager to join our Markets Controls, Client Assets (CASS) Team. The role seats within the Markets Controls Hub, that services the Markets line of business. This role is in London.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Control Manager to join our Markets Controls, Client Assets (CASS) Team. The role seats within the Markets Controls Hub, that services the Markets line of business. This role is in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Play a key role in coordinating existing CASS Governance related activities.
- Support CASS and related Asset Safety reviews, including taking a lead in related administrative tasks to ensure prompt and timely delivery with key business stakeholders.
- Support the reviewing CASS controls and how they mitigate related CASS risks and contribute to the development of actions plans to address control weakness / enhancements.
- Engage and support the Markets business and related stakeholders to ensure appropriate documentation and related control/remediation actions are addressed to required standard.
- Work with the Client Asset Office, Compliance and Risk Partners to ensure CASS and Asset Safety remedial and preventative actions are captured and documented appropriately.
- Support key CASS and Asset Safety review activities including, new products assessments, first line control testing and business process change.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Several years of total work experience in Financial Services regulatory environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the FCA Client Assets (CASS) rules and regulations.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Teams.
- Experience working on CASS/Asset Safety projects /Audits
