We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Management Company. This role is located in London, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee outsourced Transfer Agent and Fund Accounting providers, including SLA/KPI maintenance, service reviews, and resolution of daily operational issues.
- Manage statutory Fund Reports and Accounts for the UK fund range, including audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with Depositary and banking providers through regular service review meetings.
- Lead operational support for fund/share class launches and closures, collaborating with Asset Servicing and Investment Management.
- Prepare and present Fund Board reporting
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong understanding of fund operations, particularly managing third-party service providers and regulatory reporting.
- Experience coordinating audits and overseeing production statutory financial documents.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with CASS oversight responsibilities and regulatory frameworks affecting UK fund operations.
