Vice President – Transport Infrastructure Investments

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join a leading European infrastructure investment manager with a strong track record in the transport sector. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility in origination, execution, and asset management of high-profile transport infrastructure transactions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of new investments in the transport space, including airports, ports, rail, and road assets.
• Manage all aspects of the deal process from origination, valuation, structuring, due diligence, through to closing.
• Support the strategic development of existing portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to drive value creation.
• Mentor and oversee junior team members, ensuring high-quality output across financial modelling, market analysis, and investment papers.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts and investor communications, showcasing sector expertise and portfolio performance.

Candidate Profile:

• 4-6 years’ experience in infrastructure private equity, principal investing, or top-tier investment banking with a focus on transport.
• Strong track record in leading transport-related M&A or investment transactions, ideally with exposure to regulated assets and concession-based models.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and execute on value creation levers within portfolio companies.
• Collaborative team player with leadership experience and the ability to manage junior team members effectively.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
