About The Role
We are seeking a flexible and personable Viewing Assistant to join our team on a zero-hours contract. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, knows the local area well, and is looking for flexible, part-time work.
As a Viewing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for showing prospective buyers around properties while representing our global brand with professionalism and local insight. You’ll ensure every viewing is informative, welcoming, and leaves a lasting positive impression.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings across South Somerset in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as an ambassador for our firm, providing a warm and informative first impression
- Offer detailed and helpful feedback from viewings to support the sales team
- Understand clients’ needs and encourage additional viewings or referrals
- Communicate clearly with all parties to support an efficient sales process
- Share local area knowledge confidently with clients and colleagues
- Promote relevant services offered by the wider firm where appropriate
- Attend any mandatory training related to the role
Key Experience Required
- Experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Based in the South Somerset area (ideally Bruton, Frome, Mells)
- A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A flexible and reliable approach to working hours (zero-hours contract)
- Good understanding of the property sales process
- Comfortable using basic IT systems
