About The Position
Our Growth Studio is looking for a talented and creative freelance Visual Designer to collaborate with us on a project basis, dedicating a few hours each week. As a visual designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating visuals that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality graphics for various platforms, with a focus on social media and blog articles.

About The Position

What you will do:
- Design visual concepts and graphics for digital materials such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Produce design assets that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Proven experience as a visual designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and convey complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
