As the Visual Merchandising and Store Design Planning Intern, you will be instrumental in maintaining exceptional visual standards across our Cartier boutiques and wholesale points of sale. You will provide comprehensive support to the VM and SDP team, contributing to the department's operational efficiency and the consistent elevation of our brand presentation.
How Will You Make An Impact
- Administrative Support:
- Generate and manage SAP purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Proactively follow up on vendor creation processes
- Process invoices promptly and liaise with accounts and suppliers to ensure timely payments
- Assist with Boutiques and POS requests: process orders and allocations on SAP and keep track
Project & Installation Support
- Manage security bookings for installations and events
- Provide hands-on assistance with the installation and de-rigging of displays, events, and openings, including packing and unpacking materials
Database & Folder Management
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive photo gallery of visual merchandising executions
- Organize and maintain team folders to ensure easy access to information and resources
Research & Analysis
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform visual merchandising and store design strategies
Reporting
- Create detailed reports, including photographs and insightful feedback, to document visual merchandising performance
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in IWD software
- Maintain and update visit checklists to ensure consistent evaluation
- When needed, accompany the team on boutique visits and openings to gain practical experience and assist with remerchandising efforts and product rotations
