HCLTech are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Visual Designer to join a small design team and support a new client project. The successful candidate will have a real and meaningful impact on building a new client account, by conducting design work, supporting their team, project and client. Join a leading London-based financial services organization where visual excellence meets data integrity. You'll create dashboard designs that serve demanding professional users who rely on analytics for high-stakes decision-making. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make complex financial information clear and compelling while meeting strict brand and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will:

Design visual systems and style guides for Oracle dashboard interfaces.
Create data visualizations that are both aesthetically strong and functionally clear.
Ensure brand consistency across all analytics touchpoints.
Develop charts, graphs, and visual elements optimized for financial data.
Collaborate with UX designers to refine interface designs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, dynamic, intelligent, and enthusiastic – with a passion for design - and possesses the following competencies /attributes:

Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization and dashboard design.
Expertise in visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
Proficiency in design tools and understanding of Oracle dashboard capabilities.
Experience with financial services design standards and compliance considerations.
Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams (the successful candidate will work closely with Research, UX, Developers and Project Managers - to bring the user’s needs to life).
Experience in Client /Stakeholder /Relationship Management.
Articulate and well presented – the successful candidate will be interfacing with Client organization Stakeholders - at all levels, and will be an ambassador, building the new client’s experience of HCLTech.
