About you
You are an experienced Visualiser with at least 4 years’ experience in the construction industry – ideally within Design & Build, but potentially from architecture, interior design, or contractor backgrounds.
Technical photorealism is your minimum standard. What distinguishes you is your artistic eye and a deep understanding of what elevates a visual beyond accuracy – into something truly impactful. You have a strong command of light, composition, and colour theory, and you approach each project with a clear understanding of not just how to visualise, but why we visualise.
You treat your team like a business – constantly striving to improve efficiency, workflows, and quality. You view the wider Loop business as your customer and always look for ways to add value through your creative output.
You have a solid understanding of the wider construction and design industry, and experience working across the full project lifecycle. You’ve contributed to tender submissions, stayed connected with projects through their delivery, and supported design and pitch teams in deciding what visual content will best win work.
You’re drawn to a progressive and collaborative team environment, where technical development and experimentation are encouraged. You take pride in your professional communication and project management skills and apply them every day to lead successful visualisation projects.
Having already mastered the technical side of architectural visualisation, you’re now looking to step up in responsibility – pushing boundaries and creating stunning images, videos, and experiences that showcase Loop’s design vision at its highest level. You’ve also explored the use of AI in your workflow and understand how it can enhance and evolve the creative process.
Key responsibilities
• Produce high-quality visuals – Create industry-leading still images, animations, virtual tours, and immersive experiences that bring our design concepts to life.
• Lead 3D project planning – Collaborate with design and pitch teams to plan visualisation projects from start to finish, setting clear milestones and managing deliverables to ensure smooth, timely execution.
• Guide visual content strategy – Advise the wider business on the most effective formats for visual storytelling (e.g., stills, videos, animations, VR) and take an active role in shaping storyboards and creative direction.
• Manage 3D assets – Maintain and organise a robust library of 3D models and 2D textures, ensuring fast, efficient access and consistent quality across all visual output.
• Research and implement new tools – Stay up to date with emerging 3D and CGI technologies. Help test new software, refine workflows, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of how we work.
• Mentor and support team development – Share your expertise with junior team members, helping to build a strong culture of learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.
