Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. We have a fantastic opportunity for a VMU Front Line Manager to join our Vehicle Maintenance Unit at Allied Bakeries, West Bromwich. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring our fleet operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with legislation and company standards.
As VMU Front Line Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of vehicle technicians, coordinators and administrators, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our logistics operation running smoothly, ensuring high vehicle availability, meeting compliance targets, and supporting the delivery of freshly baked goods to our customers every day.
