Location: Newbury or London + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

You’ll be the go-to legal expert, guiding our business through complex contracts and strategic decisions. Your work will help us move faster, smarter, and more securely.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to legal expert, guiding our business through complex contracts and strategic decisions. Your work will help us move faster, smarter, and more securely.
- You’ll draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including public and private sector bids and tenders
- You’ll support customers across critical national infrastructure, defence, government, and corporate sectors
- You’ll advise stakeholders proactively and reactively—whether in writing, meetings, or presentations
- You’ll be the first point of contact for disputes related to business contracts, working closely with our resolution team
- You’ll act as a legal partner to specific business areas, helping shape priorities and training needs
- You’ll stay ahead of legal developments and share insights through briefings and workshops
- You’ll keep contract templates and internal notes sharp and up-to-date
- You’ll help simplify and transform our contracting journey for better efficiency and risk management
- You’ll drive innovation within the Business Deals Legal team, championing new ways of working
- You’ll have a university honours degree (2nd class or better)
- You'll have significant PQE experience
- You have strong drafting, negotiation, and influencing skills
- You’re confident advising internal stakeholders and making sound commercial judgments
- You’re proactive, creative, and solution-oriented—able to think outside the box
- You’re comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
