Job Summary
As a Volkswagen Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of warranty claims in accordance with Volkswagen Group policies and procedures. This includes the submission, tracking, and reconciliation of claims to ensure maximum reimbursement while maintaining compliance with all warranty standards.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner using Volkswagen systems.
- Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Submit and track warranty claims using Volkswagen’s online warranty systems.
- Monitor claim status, follow up on pending claims, and resolve rejected or denied claims.
- Maintain current knowledge of all VW warranty policies, technical bulletins, and recall campaigns.
- Liaise with technicians and service advisors to ensure all required documentation and diagnostic reports are included.
- Prepare documentation for warranty audits and support the dealership in passing compliance reviews.
- Communicate with Volkswagen warranty representatives to clarify and resolve claim issues.
- Assist with goodwill requests and technical queries as needed.
- Maintain organised records of all warranty submissions and correspondence.
- Provide training or guidance to service staff on warranty procedures, as necessary.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a warranty administration role, preferably with a Volkswagen or other VAG-brand dealership.
Knowledge: Familiarity with VW systems is highly desirable.
Skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Required Criteria
- Previous experience in a warranty administration role, preferably with a Volkswagen or other VAG-brand dealership
- Full valid drivers licence
- Right to Work in the UK
