We’re looking for a Training Supervisor to support and develop our team of dedicated volunteers.
In this role, you’ll deliver inductions and training, provide day-to-day supervision, and ensure volunteers feel confident and supported to give high-quality advice. You’ll play a key part in building skills, offering feedback, and creating a positive learning environment.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and mentoring skills, an organised approach, and a passion for helping others thrive. Experience in training or supervision is ideal, but more important is your ability to support, encourage, and motivate people from all backgrounds. You may also be an Advice Session Supervisor looking for a new challenge!
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference — both to the volunteers you’ll work with and to the clients they support.
