The Role
The VP Sales, Wholesale is responsible for the achievement of sales and revenue targets from a defined set of customer accounts across multiple territories and markets, specifically National and International Carriers, ISPs, and Partners. Taking responsibility for some of the highest revenue generating accounts at euNetworks, you will be a key sales leader in a high functioning CRO division, with a team of Sales Directors, Account Directors and Account Managers.
As a Sales leader you will work with your direct reports to help establish the regional strategy, identify key growth areas and provide leadership on priorities that maximise profitability and growth.
You will be responsible for the development and management of talent in the Sales organisation and the role will require transformational leadership skills to assemble all sales capabilities under a single point of accountability.
What will you be doing?
Sales Strategy and Growth
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to define the Wholesale strategy and execution for euNetworks and ensure its integration within the wider euNetworks corporate strategy, driving revenue for all products and services across all sales verticals and territories within your customer remit.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure investment and product teams to develop innovative solutions that extend the sale and are suitable for the development of new product lines and network geographies,
- Working closely with Sales Operations and the CDO team to implement and optimise sales processes, tools, and technologies, to improve efficiency and performance.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build an exceptional Sales leadership team that will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Set objectives, motivate and manage the performance of a team of Sales Directors and Sales Managers
- Ensure the commercial and sales competence of your direct reports, including the identification of training needs
- Ensuring the euNetworks values are understood, shared, respected and promoted within your team and across teams
Business Development and Client Engagement
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with National and International Carriers, ISPs, and Partners and other industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to engage with customers at CxO level and provide strategic input to the customer process.
- Leverage the euNetworks brand to build a reputation for excellent customer service and to develop an enduring commitment to our customers across the business.

- You are passionate about building high-performing sales teams, leveraging your strong leadership and coaching skills to drive accountability and deliver exceptional results
- Significant sales leadership experience in digital infrastructure or related industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the international carrier market including a deep knowledge of network providers across Europe in both long-hail and metro services.
- You have a clear view of the current network provider landscape, combined with an interest in and knowledge of the long term trajectory of the market and it’s evolving demands.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
