Endoscopy Inpatient waiting list co-ordinator
To work as part of a clerical team to support a defined team of Clinicians. Working at Northampton General hospital.
Surgery are looking for a full time waiting list co-ordinator within our Endoscopy department. The position is 37.5 hours per week. Working within a small dynamic team, we would welcome someone who enjoys a fast paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.

Provide an efficient administrative and day-to-day support service to the Endoscopy department.
Duties will include organising and managing inpatient waiting lists.
Booking TCI appointments, dealing with a variety of different enquiries from both patients and clinicians alike.
All general office duties to include various programmes within the department.
Manage the administration side of the endoscopy pre- op clinics.
Liaise with the Team Leader to ensure that Inpatient procedures are booked daily and to chase all requests that need to be vetted by a consultant.
Undertake effective administrative duties as part of the admin team required by Endoscopy.
The post holder will be required to work as part of the administration team and provide cross cover during periods of staff absence within their existing team and other teams within the Directorate as and when required.
