There are full time positions available where the candidate will work across different inpatient wards providing a focused administration service within the Clinical Administration Inpatients department at the Princess Royal Hospital
37.5 Hours - Monday- Sunday 0800-1600 & 0800-1800 - based on a rota schedule
Successful candidates will be honest, confident, have excellent communication skills, and be successful when prioritising their workload.
We are looking to recruit a flexible, dynamic, and motivated ward administrator for our fast paced and friendly Inpatient Team to help ensure adequate coverage of duties across a defined group of wards and departments. You will be working to ensure the efficient and timely admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, dealing with patients’ medical notes and being responsible for the accurate and timely input of information into our PAS system for the purposes of patient care and data quality.
Appointment to this role will commence at the lowest salary point unless confirmed otherwise by HR Employment Services (Recruitment, Administration & Terms and Conditions)
