Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 7 Ward Manager on Pwyll Ward, who is keen to maximize their management and clinical skills in a complex environment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job
Applications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience and
registered with NMC to join a progressive team to provide a high quality service. The post will require you to work in inpatient services in Ty Llywelyn.
The successful applicants will support the Matron to provide quality care for individuals with associated complex health needs. As a key member of the team you should possess excellent Management, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), and be able to lead and motivate others. You should also be willing to work flexibly within a team.
