Location: Fareham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse & Production staff to join our busy team in Fareham. This is a hands-on, physically active role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prefers to stay on the move throughout the day.

We are looking for reliable and hard-working Warehouse & Production staff to join our busy team in Fareham. This is a hands-on, physically active role—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and prefers to stay on the move throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual handling and heavy lifting of bulk products
- Picking and packing orders accurately using a scan-to-pick system
- Loading and unloading goods — managing up to 80-100 pallets per day
- Pallet movements in and out of storage
- General warehouse duties to support the production and dispatch process
- Operating a Counterbalance or Flexi FLT (when needed — not a seated role all day)
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance or Flexi Forklift License
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for most of the day
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
