Role Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Global Service Warehouse team in Salfords. This role is key to ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory, coordinating logistics, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage stock control through manual and clerical tasks, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders from the main service warehouse to sites and customers across EMEA.
- Organize transport to field stock locations and customer sites.
- Identify and arrange replenishment for Field Service Locations (FSLs).
- Operate warehouse and inventory management systems effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support return shipments (RMAs) to the warehouse

Qualifications
- Understanding of warehousing and logistics processes.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to learn forklift operation (license preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel); familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus.
- Communicative level of English
