Warehouse Operations Lead’.
This is a
full-time role based in our
Burton on Trent site
, working
40hrs per week. Core business hours are
8am – 6pm,
Monday – Friday, however some flexibility is required to meet business needs.
We are looking for a strong leader with a vision for the future, who can run a shift of warehouse operatives, ensuring 100% process adherence.

Key Responsibilities
- Mange the flow of goods within the warehouse
- Develop and implement strategies for handling returns efficiently.
- Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and build stakeholder relations.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
- Manage any non-conformances in line with safety and compliance policies.

What is required?
In addition to being an experienced leader, success in this position will require you to have knowledge of warehouse operations, be able to embrace change and have a pro-active approach to work.
You must be able to demonstrate working with warehouse management systems. Experience of D365 and lean six sigma would be an advantage.
