About You
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in operations management
- Proven experience leading warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and logistics software
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
