Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in the East Midlands Gateway!
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
How you create impact
- Lead and motivate a high-performing warehouse team through clear direction and support
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily operational targets
- Monitor KPIs and take proactive action to maintain performance and service levels
- Foster strong relationships with customers through reliable and responsive service
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records for full traceability
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations and improve workflow
- Proven experience in 3pl operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Financial awareness and budget control experience
- Familiarity with WMS and operational systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
