We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative AM based at our Tilbrook site (MK7 8BN) moving to our SDC Site (NN7 2QA) in early 2026. The working pattern for this role Monday to Friday working 06:00 to 14:00 with mandatory weekend overtime.
This is a Full- Time permanent position offering a salary of £30,997.79
As a warehouse Operative you will carry out all operational tasks and procedures following the company guidelines on the Mitsubishi Electric contract.

Additional key tasks:
- Inbound your duties will include offloading vehicles and checking stock on receipt is correct
- Ensuring stock is booked in and located correctly
- Outbound picking, wrapping/strapping and loading vehicles
- Rework orders to customer specification when required
- Support day to day operation as required
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, and attend all relevant safety briefings and campaigns
- Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, taking appropriate action
Key requirements
- FLT licence counterbalance and Reach- categories A2, B2 and D1 preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous WMS experience
