EFI is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Operative to join our busy ink manufacturing facility in Bradford. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that plays a vital part in ensuring our products reach customers accurately and on time.
This role covers all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods receiving, order picking, stock control, and despatch — with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
Experience with forklifts is essential, and a
Flexi truck licence is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Receive goods and raw materials into the warehouse, ensuring accurate booking into SAP
- Carry out regular cycle counts and assist with full stock takes
- Store and locate raw materials and finished goods safely within the warehouse
- Load and unload deliveries using appropriate lifting equipment
- Re-pack, re-label and prepare products as required
- Print and apply product labels as per internal procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and safe handling/storage of materials
- Enter accurate data into SAP and other systems to support stock control
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required to support the team
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience (chemical environment preferred)
- Valid forklift truck licence (Flexi licence highly desirable)
- Experience with stock control systems, ideally SAP
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confident using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
