Role Description
This is a Fixed Term Contract role for a Warehouse Operative, and the position is located on-site in Banbury. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for managing inventory, packaging and dispatching orders, conducting regular stock takes, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse. Additional tasks include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and assisting with quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills for record-keeping purposes
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
