We are currently seeking a seasoned and competent warehouse operative who is reliable and detail-focused, to support our busy warehouse team, based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Position:

Key duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and unload customer stock by carton and allocate to correct warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Perform 100% checks on all pallet orders to ensure high accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and standard operating processes.
• Prioritise daily workloads to meet customer expectations and business needs.
• Contribute to the success of the site by performing all tasks effectively, efficiently, and safely.
  
  

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Contribute to the success of the site by performing all tasks effectively, efficiently, and safely.
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF Scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high levels of accuracy.
• Knowledge of manual handling best practices (desirable).
• Confidence in learning new systems and processes.
• IT literacy and the ability to follow digital workflows.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
