Warehouse Operator

Job Title: Warehouse & Assembly Operative – Chippenham (Days – 4 on 4 off, including weekends)

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire

Schedule:

• Day shifts: 07:15 – 17:30

• 4 days on, 4 days off (including weekends)

Employment Type: Ongoing, long-term opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse & Assembly Operatives to join a friendly, well-organised team in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment where staff welfare and job satisfaction are a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and inspecting goods for faults

• Replacing faulty parts on returned items

• Assembling components as required

• Carrying out general warehouse duties

• Ensuring a clean and safe working area

Requirements:

• Must be able to work the set 4-on, 4-off schedule (including weekends)

• Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, or factory setting

• Live within a reasonable commute to Chippenham or have your own transport

• Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as part of a team
