An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Supervisor to join the Hatfield UK Break-Fix Service. This role will primarily support and oversee the Goods In and Goods Out processes, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding service delivery

• reas.Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consiste
• ntly.Align team resources effectively to meet changing demand le
• vels.Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support high-priority t
• asks.Promote and participate in cross-training and continuous personal/team develop
• ment.Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and picking effici
• ency.Oversee domestic and international shipments via multiple courier part
• ners.Manage vendor repair returns, both in and out of warr
• anty.Oversee SWAP repair returns to relevant stock locat
• ions.Ensure biannual execution of SLA stock placement initiatives by Stores t
• eams.Produce and present Key Performance Indicators (K
• PIs).Apply manual cost charges where applic
• able.Conduct 1-2-1s and manage team performance effecti
• vely.Lead and document team briefings both verbally and in wri
• ting.Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulat
• ions.Maintain compliance with BSI stand

ards.
What you’l

  Proven experience in logistics or warehouse super
• vision.Strong leadership and people management
• skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, adaptable ap
• proach.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Power
• Point).Experience with systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM, WMSC, or MRP is advant
• ageous.Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all
• levels.Passionate about continuous improvement and implementing best working pra
• ctices.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service exce
