We have vacancy in our Order Preparation Team and are looking for inspiring Team Leader to lead the AM Shift at our Trafford Distribution Centre. The ideal candidates will have the ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team, a good heath and safety awareness and understanding of warehouse operational possesses, sound numeracy and computer skills and be willing to develop and learn.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Providing support to the Shift Managers and Team Leaders.
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are always maintained.
- Working with the Management Team to ensure that all operational based tasks are met within the area of your control on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain and drive improvements of Quality, H&S, Housekeeping Standards, within your area of control.
- Enhance colleague development and maintain a multi-skilled team
- Drive colleague engagement within your team through promoting site events and Employee Resource Groups
- Deliver a consistent hands-on approach with your team to develop good working relationships and foster control.
- Monitor productivity and optimise resource within your team daily
